Confidentiality

• The content of emails and accompanying communications and attachments sent or received by Mirus (collectively, "email") are copyright protected, confidential and may contain information that is legally privileged or protected from disclosure.

• Attachments that are part of an email may contain additional important disclosures and disclaimers.  

• No confidentiality or privilege is waived or lost by any error in transmission.

Intended Recipient

• The contents of an email are confidential and may be read and used for its intended purpose only by the intended recipient. 

• If you received an email by mistake, please contact Mirus by either replying to the email or by calling +1 646-368-0519 so that we can ensure such a mistake does not reoccur in the future. After notification, ensure the email is deleted from your systems. 

• If you are not the intended recipient please note that retaining, disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action of reliance on the contents of this information is prohibited.

• Mirus reserves the right to monitor, review and process the content of all emails received or sent through its systems without informing the sender or recipient of the email.  By sending emails or information to Mirus email addresses you, as the sender, are consenting to Mirus processing any of your personal data therein.  

• Mirus puts the security of the client at a high priority.  Unfortunately, full security of the email cannot be ensured as the data included in emails could be infected, intercepted, or corrupted. Therefore, the recipient should check the email for threats with proper software, as the sender does not accept liability for any damage inflicted by viewing the content of an email.

​Quotations / Contracts 

• A quotation request is sent to compare available offers and does not imply entering into a legally binding contract. 

• No employee or agent is authorized to conclude a binding agreement on behalf of Mirus with another party by email without express written consent by an authorized signatory.  Therefore, any will to enter into an agreement must be done by a Managing Director.​

• Mirus makes no warranty to the accuracy or completeness of the content, data or information contained in any email and disclaims any liability of any kind.

• Except as may be expressly provided in written agreements with Mirus, any printing, copying, distribution, use of, retention of, or taking reliance or any other action based on the information contained in any email is prohibited .

• Any opinions expressed in an email are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Mirus.

• Mirus reserves the right to archive and produce in litigation or to governmental bodies any emails sent or received through its systems in accordance with our company policies and applicable law, rules and regulations.
