Commercial & Multifamily Mortgages

Construction / Development Loans

Senior debt secured by hotels, motels, office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and self storage properties. May be non-recourse or partial/full recourse depending on target market and condition of property.  LTV’s up to 75% for multifamily; 70% for office, retail, industrial, and self storage; 65% for hotels & motels.

For experienced business owners and seasoned, well-collateralized developers with independently verifiable projects/references.  $1,000,000 minimum loan amount. Max 65% loan-to-cost, 75% loan-to-end value, depending on property type.

Bridge Loans

SBA Loans

Short-term (3 months to 3 years) senior debt. LTV’s to 70% for most commercial and multifamily real estate assets. NO mobile home parks or special-purpose properties.

LTV’s up to 85% for small business owners. Collateral can include real estate and/or fixtures and equipment. Fixed and variable rates available.
