include:
Commercial & Multifamily Mortgages
Senior debt secured by hotels, motels, office,
retail, multifamily, industrial, and self storage properties. May be non-recourse or partial/full recourse
depending on target market and condition of property. LTV’s up to 75% for multifamily; 70% for office, retail,
industrial, and self storage; 65% for hotels & motels.
Bridge Loans
Short-term (3 months to 3 years) senior debt.
LTV’s to 70% for most commercial and multifamily real estate assets. NO mobile home parks or special-purpose
properties.
Preferred Equity
For qualified investors/operators only. Terms dependent upon viability of
venture, credit worthiness and experience of principals, and target market.
SBA Loans
LTV’s up to 85% for small business owners. Collateral can include real estate
and/or fixtures and equipment. Fixed and variable rates available.
Receivables Financing
Minimum of $250K; Rates & terms will vary
depending on credit worthiness of customers, strength of borrower’s business, type of business, and target
market.
Construction / Development Loans
Currently available on a limited basis. Only
experienced business owners and seasoned, well-collateralized developers with independently verifiable
projects/references will be considered. $1,000,000 minimum loan amount. Max 65% loan-to-cost, 75% loan-to-end
value, depending on property type.
